Yes: it’s free forever, it doesn’t expire and no credit card is needed. It includes 1 chat agent with 50 AI messages a month and 1 voice agent with 15 call minutes a month, to try from the browser.
With annual billing you pay 12 months upfront, save about 17% (20% on Starter) and get the onboarding session included. With monthly billing you commit one month at a time. Whitelabel plans are paid every 3 months or every year.
Yes, with no penalties. If you move to a higher plan you only pay the difference for the remaining days and the new limits apply right away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, which isn’t refunded; then you move to the Free plan.
Add a pack: 100 minutes at your plan’s per-minute price (from €0.20 on Starter to €0.13 on Whitelabel Business) or 1,000 AI messages for €12. With automatic purchase, the pack is added on its own when your allowance runs out. On outbound calls, 1 minute counts as 1.5.
Yes, on every plan. You connect your OpenAI account and pay for the AI based on usage, directly to OpenAI: chat agent messages have no limit and don’t use up the ones included in your plan. Call minutes stay those of your plan.
No, all prices exclude VAT. You pay by card through Stripe and manage your subscription and invoices in the Stripe portal, which you open from the console.
