Wondering when your Whitelabel platform will be ready?

To proceed with going live, it’s essential that you have fully completed the Whitelabel Settings tab. Without this information, the Supportfast team won’t have what’s needed to correctly activate your platform.

In addition to filling out all required fields, make sure that:

• The entered domain has been successfully verified
• The portal email has been correctly verified

Once your configuration is complete:

• Send us an email to notify that everything is ready
• Our team will begin the activation process
• Within a maximum of 2 business days, you’ll receive confirmation that your platform is live

Important: Until the activation process is completed by our team, you may see browser errors when accessing your configured domain. Please avoid using or sharing the platform with clients until you receive our official confirmation.
