Profile

Each user can customize their Profile information from the corresponding tab in their Account, as well as personalize the appearance of their profile icon and change the language in which the platform is displayed.

Profile Information

From this section, each user can:

  • Edit their name
  • Select the language in which to view the platform (IT or EN)
  • Go to the password change screen

It is not possible to change the email used to access the platform. In such cases, the user must be deleted and a new one created.

Customize Profile

From this section, users can personalize the appearance of their profile icon. The available options include:

  • Background color of the profile icon
  • Cover image

Changing the Password

Each user can change their platform access password at any time.
To do so, go to the Profile section and click the “Change Password” button.

In the screen that opens, you will be asked to enter:

  • Your current password
  • The new password you wish to use
  • Confirmation of the new password

If the current password is correct, the change will be saved successfully.
If not, the process will be blocked until the correct current password is entered.
