Supportfast offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. During this period, you can explore the platform’s capabilities without any restrictions.

At the end of the free trial, you have two options:

  • Continue with the free plan, which includes several feature limitations.
  • Subscribe to a paid plan to retain full access to all advanced features.

How the Subscription Works

Each Supportfast account is linked to a Subscription—either free or paid—which determines the available features and usage limits of the platform. Depending on the subscription plan you choose, you’ll have access to different usage metrics, such as the number of chatbots, knowledge base capacity, and access to advanced features.

In the Subscription tab, you can view your Current Plan along with its renewal details. You’ll also find an overview of your current usage metrics and the corresponding limits based on your active subscription.

Supportfast’s features and usage limits vary depending on the selected subscription plan. Below are the main metrics that differentiate the plans:

  • Number of Chatbots: how many chatbots you can create and manage within your account.
  • Number of Users: the number of people (clients or collaborators) you can grant access to the platform.
  • Number of AI Tools: how many AI Tools you can assign to each chatbot to build advanced AI functionalities.
  • Messages included per month: the total number of user-chatbot interactions available each month. Each message counts as one chatbot response to a user input.
  • Chatbot training capacity: the maximum number of characters you can include in documents and information used to train your chatbot..
  • Number of training links: the maximum number of website URLs you can scan for training content per chatbot.
  • Available integrations: he ability to connect your chatbot with your website, WhatsApp, social media, APIs, and other platforms.
  • Live Chat with human agent: option to involve a human operator in conversations managed by the chatbot.
  • Advanced analytics: enhanced tracking and analysis of your chatbot conversation data.
  • Contact collection: feature to collect user data via Contact Forms during interactions.
  • Priority support: fast email support available to users on advanced plans.

Free Trial

When you sign up for Supportfast, you receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. This allows you to thoroughly test your chatbot and explore the full potential of the platform.

During the trial period, you’ll have access to:

  • 50 messages to send to your chatbot.
  • Contact collection via the chatbot.
  • Live Chat with a human agent to manage real-time conversations.
  • Advanced analytics to monitor interaction performance.

Freemium Plan

At the end of the 7-day free trial, all Pro features will be deactivated, and your account will automatically switch to the free plan. You can continue using Supportfast at no cost, with the following limitations:

  • Up to 200,000 total characters for each chatbot’s knowledge.
  • Up to 10 website links for training each chatbot.
  • Limited analytics: access only to data from the last 7 days, without advanced filters.
  • Live Chat disabled: the chatbot will continue to respond, but human intervention will no longer be possible.
  • Contact collection disabled: you won’t be able to create Contact Forms within chatbot conversations.
  • 20 messages per month included, with the option to send unlimited messages using your own OpenAI key.

Any time you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically revert to the free plan. You won’t lose any chatbot data, but the usage limitations of the free plan will apply.
