#The contract

Terms of ServiceThe contract between Stepcode SRL and whoever buys a SupportFast subscription: the rights, obligations and liabilities of both parties.

#Privacy and personal data

Privacy PolicyHow Stepcode SRL collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, under Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)Your business is the data controller and Stepcode SRL is the data processor, under Article 28 of the GDPR. It is Annex A to the General Terms of Service. Sub-processorsThe providers that process personal data on behalf of Stepcode SRL, with purposes, data location and the legal bases for transfers outside the EU.
