How to ask for help and who to ask: the guide first, then email, or a call with the team.

View as Markdown

#1. Search the guide

Press Ctrl + K (on a Mac, ⌘ + K) and type a word from the message you see, for example “limit”. If something isn't working, start from the Where to start page; for the most common questions, read the Frequently asked questions.

#2. Email us

Write to info@supportfast.ai. Use your account's email address: that way we find your account right away.

  • For a problem, follow How to report a problem: what to write, a template to copy and what never to send.
  • For a payment, include the account owner's email and the date of the charge. If you still pay with PayPal, also write to us to change plan or cancel: there is no payment portal for you.
  • To change the account owner's email, write to us from the current address.
  • To get more concurrent calls than your plan includes, write to us: the “Extra concurrent call” is activated on request. Alternatively, you can move to a plan that includes more: see Callers hear a busy tone.
  • For privacy, or to exercise your data rights, write to the same address. See Privacy and security.

Response times depend on your plan. You find them under “Email support” in the plan cards, in AccountPlans, and on the pricing page.

To suggest an idea, and vote on other customers' ideas, use the public roadmap.

If you use SupportFast from a reseller's portal, under the reseller's brand, ask the reseller for help. The differences on the portal are in What's different on the portal compared with this guide.

#3. Book a call with the team

If you want to go through SupportFast together with our team, book a free 30-minute call. You pick the day and time in the calendar.

During the call you look at the console with us and ask your questions. For a technical problem, though, email us instead: with the details in writing, we solve it faster.
