On this page, you can manage your chatbot’s training. Training a chatbot means providing it with information on a specific topic, which will then be used to answer user questions accurately and appropriately.
Depending on your active subscription plan, each chatbot has a maximum character limit available for training. The higher the limit, the more information the chatbot can learn and use during conversations.
Access the Training page to view the list of all trainings created for the selected chatbot. The list can be filtered by type, and for each training, you will see its status and the number of characters it contains.
From the training list, you can perform the following actions:
To train your chatbot, you can choose from several input methods:
A single chatbot can be trained using multiple data sources at the same time, in order to build a complete and structured knowledge base. In the next sections, we will explore each training method in more detail.
Trainings that contain a large number of characters are processed in the background by the system. This means that once the training is created, no further action is required on your part — the system will automatically handle the content processing.
While processing is in progress, the training status will be updated in the list, and you’ll be able to see when it becomes fully active. In the meantime, you can continue working on the platform or create additional trainings without having to wait for the process to complete manually.

Website training allows your chatbot to automatically learn the textual content available on your website pages. The system performs an automatic scan of the pages you specify, analyzing the content to enrich the chatbot’s knowledge.
Note: Freemium users are subject to a maximum page limit per website. This limit becomes unlimited with the purchase of any Supportfast subscription plan.
You can manually enter the links of the pages you want to scan, or use one of the automatic analysis methods for your website:
You can also combine multiple methods to achieve a more complete analysis. Any duplicate URLs detected across different methods will be automatically ignored by the system.
Important: Avoid including links to pages that are not useful for training, such as privacy or cookie policy pages. These do not provide valuable knowledge for the bot and may interfere with its intended purpose.
Once you’ve added the necessary pages, click the “Train Chatbot” button to start the training. The system will analyze the listed pages in the background, extract the website content, and teach it to your chatbot.
Note: In the future, you’ll be able to enable automatic periodic updates of the pages, so the chatbot will always stay aligned with your website’s content.

Document training allows you to upload files containing text to be used as learning material for your chatbot. It’s important that the documents contain selectable text: the system will ignore any images, charts, or non-textual content. Also, make sure your files are not password-protected.
The supported formats are:
You can upload multiple files at once, even in different formats, within the same training.
Drag and drop your files into the designated upload area. After the upload, the system will automatically scan the files to detect the number of characters they contain.
Once the scan is complete, click on “Train Chatbot” to confirm the creation of the training. The system will analyze the uploaded files in the background, extract the textual content, and teach it to your chatbot.

Text training allows you to directly enter written content—either by typing or copy-pasting—to enrich your chatbot’s knowledge. This method is particularly useful for adding specific or customized content that doesn’t come from documents or websites.
To create a text training:

FAQ training allows you to enter question–answer pairs that help teach your chatbot how to handle specific requests. This method is ideal for adding clear answers to frequently asked questions, or to correct inaccurate or incomplete responses provided by the chatbot. The chatbot will learn the exact answer associated with each question, and you can also include different variations of the same question if you want to improve coverage.
To create a FAQ training:
Questions are written as free text, with no fixed maximum number. Once writing is complete, click on “Train Chatbot” to start the training execution.
Depending on the number of characters entered, the system will process the content instantly or in the background, completely automatically.
After creating a training, you can edit its content at any time. For example, you can add or remove text, delete unnecessary links or documents, insert new sections of information, or improve the wording of existing content.
To edit a training, go to the training list, locate the desired one, and click the pencil icon.
Text or FAQ Training
For Text or FAQ trainings, the edit page allows you to directly modify the previously entered texts or questions. You can freely update the content and replace it with newer versions.
Website or Document Training
For trainings based on Websites or Documents, the edit page is divided into two columns:
Make all necessary changes, then click “Train Chatbot” to confirm and apply them. As with the creation of a training, depending on the number of characters, the processing will take place either instantly or in the background.
From the training list, you can delete an existing training if you need to remove specific information from your chatbot’s knowledge base.
To delete a training, go to the training list, find the desired one, and click the trash bin icon. At this point, a confirmation window will appear, allowing you to either confirm or cancel the deletion.
If you confirm the action, the system will instantly remove the information contained in the training and delete it from the list. This operation is not reversible: once a training is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use the same content again in the future, you will need to recreate the training from scratch.
