White Label

The price list for your clients

Start from your White Label plan and build the packages to sell: for each one you see what it costs you, the minimum price and how much you keep every month.

The quotas of the White Label plan apply to all your clients together: AI messages, call minutes and phone numbers add up on a single plan, yours. See Quotas add up on your plan. Your clients, though, pay you a price each. This page bridges the two: choose the plan, describe the packages in conversations and calls, and the calculator splits the plan fee and quotas among your clients.

You set the price and you collect it: you pay us only for the White Label plan.

SupportFast prices in effect from 15 October 2026, VAT excluded. They are the ones on the cards in AccountPlans. If you see different prices or quotas there, the console's figures apply. If you have an older White Label plan or an agreed price, the numbers change: your plan and your quotas are in AccountSubscription.

The calculator doesn't count everything. It counts AI messages, call minutes and phone numbers. It doesn't count automation runs, campaign sends, how many automations and campaigns you can have, users or concurrent calls. These quotas also apply to the whole account: you share them with your teammates and all your clients. Chat and voice agents, on the other hand, have no cap on White Label plans.

What you type stays in your browser. It doesn't reach us or your clients. On another computer you start again from the example.

#1. Choose your plan

Choose the White Label plan and how you pay for it. Each card shows the monthly quotas, translated into conversations and calls, and how many concurrent calls the plan includes. The users on the card are for the whole account: you, your teammates, your clients' users and test users. Check that they're enough for the clients you expect.

#2. Create the packages

A package is what you sell to a client: chat only, phone only, or both. For each one, enter how many conversations and calls it includes, how many clients you expect to have and what you sell it for.

You can count phone usage in calls or in minutes. Your clients understand calls better; minutes are the unit you pay for.

#The monthly balance

How much you collect, how much you pay SupportFast and how much you keep, with the share of the plan's quotas your clients use. It updates as you type.

#3. Setup fee and extras

How much you charge to set up a client and for what they use beyond their package. The cost is that of your plan's extra packs; the recommended price keeps your margin.

#4. Take the price list with you

The WhatsApp text has packages, prices and extras, without your costs and without the SupportFast name. The Excel file has the full breakdown: packages with costs and margins, extras and the monthly summary. It's for you.

#How we do the math

  • The cost of a client. The plan fee and the extras are split among clients according to how much they use. A minute weighs as much as your plan's extra minute, an AI message as much as a thousandth of the 1,000-message pack, a number as much as an extra number.
  • The minimum price. It's the cost divided by the share you don't keep, that is 100% minus the margin, rounded up to a price ending in 9. With a cost of €20 and a 70% margin you divide by 0.30: that's €66.67, so the minimum is €69.
  • Extras. When a monthly quota runs out, the calculator adds the smallest packs needed: 100 minutes, 1,000 messages or one number at a time. Which packs exist is in Add-ons and automatic purchase.
  • Conversations. Each agent reply uses one AI message; customers' messages don't count. The calculator assumes 3 AI replies per conversation: it's an estimate. Check it in the Messages panel of your chat agents' dashboard, on the line “… on average per conversation”, which also counts operators' replies.
  • Calls. Minutes are counted call by call and rounded up to the next minute: if calls last two and a half minutes on average, enter 3. The calculator considers inbound calls. Outbound, one minute counts as 1.5: if a package includes outbound calls, for example campaigns, multiply those calls or minutes by 1.5 before you enter them. For 100 outbound calls, enter 150. The rules are in How usage is counted.
  • Concurrent calls. They're shared by all the clients on the account, tests included: when they're all in use, one more inbound call gets a busy signal. The calculator estimates how many calls out of 100 get a busy signal at peak hour. It assumes a fifth of the day's calls arrive in that hour, over 22 working days a month. Extra concurrent calls can't be bought from the console: if you need more, write to us at info@supportfast.ai.

You can change call length, replies per conversation and the cost of your work on each client in Calculation assumptions, below the packages.

#From the price list to the console

The price list holds up if usage stays within the packages. In the console:

  • Set a cap on messages. In Chat agentAgent profileGeneral, Traffic Limits panel, turn on Monthly Message Limit. The cap counts the AI replies of a single agent in the month: multiply the package's conversations by the average replies. For 200 conversations of 3 replies, enter 600. If the client has several chat agents, split the total among their agents. Once the cap is reached, visitors on the website read “You've reached the monthly message limit.”
  • Keep an eye on minutes. For calls there's no per-agent cap. The total deducted from the plan in the month, for the whole account, is in AccountSubscription. You see a client's minutes in the Minutes panel of their voice agents' dashboard: it adds up the actual durations, without rounding and without multiplying outbound ones by 1.5. Check them before you invoice extras to your clients.
  • Turn on automatic purchase. If a quota runs out during the month, automatic purchase buys a pack on its own, valid until the end of the month, and your clients' agents don't stop. See Add-ons and automatic purchase.

#Frequently asked questions

Do my clients see my costs?

No. The WhatsApp text contains only packages, prices and extras, without costs and without the SupportFast name. Costs and margins are only in the Excel file, which is for you.

Why does a client's cost change when I add clients?

The plan fee is split among more clients, so each one carries a smaller share. When the quotas are no longer enough, extra packs come in, and under “The same clients on the other plans” you see whether it pays to move up a plan.

Can I sell below the minimum price?

Yes, you set the price. The calculator warns you: in orange if the margin is below the one you chose, in red if the package costs you more than you collect.

A client uses their own OpenAI key: how do I count it?

In their package, enter 0 conversations: the messages of their workspace aren't deducted from your plan. Call minutes still count. With 0 conversations, however, the WhatsApp text doesn't list the chat in that package. Create a separate package for them, for example “Chat with your own key”, and add the chat line yourself to the text you send. See OpenAI key.

The Excel file won't download.

The file is built with a library that the page downloads on the first click: you need an internet connection. If the browser blocks downloads, check its settings and try again.
