In Supportfast (or in your Whitelabel portal), you can add users to your account to provide access to clients and collaborators. Each user can be assigned a specific role and will only have access to the chatbots assigned to them.
The number of users you can create depends on your subscription plan. You can always upgrade or purchase additional users through the dedicated Addon.
The Team tab in your Account is used to manage all users associated with your account.
The Team tab for User Management is available only to Admins and the Owner. Only users with these roles can create, edit, or delete other users in your account.
The user who initially created your Supportfast account is assigned the Owner role, a special role that:

Each user can be assigned one or more chatbots, depending on your needs. It’s not mandatory to create a separate user for each chatbot. Users with the Owner and Admin roles always have access to all chatbots in the account.
Note: If you select the “All chatbots” option, the user will have access to all current and future chatbots in your Account. This option is enabled by default for all Admin users and for the Owner.
Once a user is activated, it is your responsibility to provide them with their login credentials. The user will then be able to change their password independently.
Each user can customize the appearance of their profile by choosing a profile picture and a color from the Profile section of their Account, after logging in to Supportfast (or in your Whitelabel portal).
Supportfast users can change their password directly from the Profile section.
If the password is lost, the recovery process can be initiated from the Login screen by accessing the following link: Password Recovery.
To reset the password, a 6-digit numeric code will be sent to the email address associated with the user account. After confirming their identity by entering the code, the user will be able to choose a new password and regain access.
The password recovery screen is also available in the Whitelabel portal. In this case, the email containing the verification code will be sent using the email address configured in the Whitelabel settings. This ensures that the recovery process is aligned with the branding and customized parameters defined for your Whitelabel portal.
Admin and Owner users can modify the password of Editor and Reader users at any time by entering or generating a new password from the user’s edit screen. It is your responsibility to provide the new login credentials to the user, who can then change the password independently.
Once the user is deleted, their access to the platform will be immediately revoked, freeing up a user slot in your subscription plan.
