Supportfast offers two main categories of subscription:
Subscribing to a paid plan unlocks all features of the platform and chatbots. The only difference between plans lies in usage limits, such as the number of available chatbots and users.
Standard Plans (Lite and Pro)
These plans are designed for businesses and professionals who want to use chatbots for their own company or professional purposes. The choice between Lite and Pro depends solely on the required resources, as both offer the same features.
Whitelabel Plan
The Whitelabel Plan is designed for those who want to resell the Supportfast software as if it were their own product. It includes all the features of the Pro Plan, plus:

After subscribing to one of the main subscription plans, you can enhance your plan’s capabilities by purchasing our addons. Some addons may already be included in your current plan.

Purchasing an addon generates a separate subscription with its own monthly or annual billing cycle, independent of your main subscription. You can view the list of purchased addons in your Account section, at the bottom under Subscription.

Purchasing an Addon
To purchase an Addon, you must already have an active subscription to one of the main plans: Lite, Pro, or Whitelabel. To proceed with the Addon purchase:
In the Subscription tab of your Account, you can view the renewal date of your main subscription plan. Scrolling down, you’ll see the list of purchased Addons, along with the renewal date for each one.
Modifying or Canceling a Subscription
By clicking on “Manage Subscription”, you will be redirected to the management page, where you can:
If you cancel the main plan, all associated addons will also be automatically canceled. After the paid period expires, your account will automatically switch to the Freemium plan. You won’t lose any chatbot data, but the limitations of the Freemium plan will apply.
Sometimes, a purchase or renewal may result in a payment error, often due to insufficient funds on the selected payment method. To resolve the issue and retry the payment, follow these steps:
If a subscription payment fails, the system will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times, with 24-hour intervals between each attempt. If the payment is successful, the subscription will continue as normal. If the payment is not collected after three attempts, the subscription will be automatically canceled and your account will switch to the Freemium plan.
